We designed this poster for an exhibition at Bury Art Museum in conjunction with Design Manchester 18. The exhibit was a range of creative responses to words written by the great Mark E Smith from the Fall. We were invited alongside other designers to create a poster for the event.
The words on the poster are lyrics from the Fall song “Kicker Conspiracy” typeset in Vibro from Signal Type Foundry. The design is intentionally hard to read, yet the end product is surprisingly legible.
