The TDR is sold world wide if you order direct from Oak Knoll. Amazon (US…) also ships to the UK. We’re still working to sort all that out with Amazon.
Also, if you’re in London, It should be in stock at the British Library.

Disappointed when Amazon was already out of stock upon me learning of this fine looking book, my excitement is reclaimed from this even greater possibility of a signed copy—however slim the chances may be. Really cool of you to put this promotion out there. @averagejim
